n elegant and structured sparkling wine, made from Chardonnay (70%) and Pinot Noir (30%), expressing a precise balance between finesse and body.
The grapes, sourced from selected vineyards on calcareous soils, are hand-harvested and quickly vinified to preserve their aromatic integrity. Controlled fermentation maintains the purity of the aromas, while the Charmat method, followed by aging on the lees, adds depth and roundness.
In the glass, it shows a bright yellow color with a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, floral notes and hints of white fruit emerge, while on the palate it stands out for its balance, smoothness and an elegant structure that carries the sip with continuity.
Ideal for refined aperitifs and pairings with fish, shellfish, appetizers and fresh cheeses.

The grapes are harvested and processed separately, using a gentle pressing that allows only the free-run juice to be used. After fermentation, the base wines are blended to create a balanced cuvée, designed to express immediacy and harmony.
In the glass, it appears pale straw yellow with a fine and continuous perlage. The aromatic profile is clean and fresh, with fruity notes and delicate floral nuances. On the palate, it is smooth, balanced and easy-drinking, with a pleasantly harmonious finish.
Perfect for aperitifs, social occasions and light pairings, up to dessert.
